Two of the band members hail from the nations capital and the other two band members were born and raised in the great state of Texas.

ABOUT: 
The Fishermen are a D.C based band that started in 1992. Their style can be classified as funked out, jazzy, acoustic rock, with a little bit of stank on it!!! The Fishermen first got recognition out in California, touring around and playing the Los Angeles music scene furiously with bands such as Maroon 5, AllRise and Pseudopod. Over the last year the band has set it's sights on Austin, TX and have picked up there new drummer and bass player from the great state.
