This Romantic Tragedy will head to New Jersey this week!

 

This Romantic Tragedy will travel cross country by the end of the week to begin recording their Full length CD @ the Machine Shop Recording Studio in Hoboken, New Jersey. This is a massive undertaking for th band from Las Vegas who will spend September 9th through October 10th in the studio recording what the band as their best breakdowns and catchiest songs yet. "Be ready to be amazed by the new songs!" says guitarist Kyle Huender. 

The band and label Tragic Hero Records chose producer Will Putney for his extensive credits and his close collaboration with top producer "Machine" who founded the recording studio since 1998. Will has been his right hand man all along working with band like Lamb of God, Four year Strong, Every Time I Die, Chiodos,and Cobra Starship. The band is expected to return to Las Vegas mid October and embark on some fall and winter tours. The new Cd is expected to be released by the end of the year. So ask Santa to fill your stocking with the New TRT CD.

This Romantic Tragedy: Scheduling conflict lines up Producer Will Putney to record new Album.

 

A last minute scheduling conflict opened up new opportunities for This Romantic Tragedy to record with celebrated producer Will Putney and the Machine Shop. The Band is overjoyed by the changes and they will head out to The Machine Shop Recording studio in Jersey City, New Jersey early September for a month and record their first full-length CD for Tragic Hero Records.  The bands previous lined up producers Tom Denney and Andrew Wade schedule ran into a bind as they are working on the new A Day To Remember CD. The new This Romantic Tragedy CD has a projected release date of late 2010.

 

This Romantic Tragedy is a post hardcore band form Las Vegas, with a unique blend of music mixing hardcore with multi harmonies and a touch of electronics. The band has toured with Confide, Memphis May Fire, Agraceful, and I Am Ghost, and performed at such prestigious shows as Extreme Thing, Journey’s Backyard BBQ and Taste Of Chaos. The band was founded in 2007 by guitarists David Diaz and Kyle Huender in which time they have recorded and released three EP’s; “ Atherlie” (2007), “Like Drama Like Karma” (2008) and “Trust In Fear” recorded in 2009 with producer Cory Spotts (BlessTheFall, Greeley Estates). Trust in Fear features the popular “I’ll Shut You Down” and “The Worst Part is Waking Up”. This Romantic Tragedy is Sean Neumann and Chad Dague on vocals, David Diaz and Kyle Huender on guitars, Evan Ellis on Bass and Mark Neuhardt on Drums.

 

Producer Will Putney has been involved with the majority of the bands that have recorded with Producer “Machine” and The Machine Shop Recording Studio in New Jersey. Putnam has worked and left his mark on many successful recordings by Suicide Silence, Every Time I Die, Gym Class Heroes Armor For Sleep, Haste The Day, Demon Hunter, Cobra Starship, Lamb Of God, and most recently the popular new album by Four Year Strong. The Machine Shop was founded in 1998 by Gene Freeman the producer who works under the nickname  “Machine”.

 

 

Tragic Hero Records is a small Indie record company from Raleigh, North Carolina with a impressive and ever growing roster of bands such as This Romantic Tragedy, Confide, Greeley Estates, I Wrestled A Bear Once, Motionless In White, He Is Legend, and The Morning Of. This Romantic Tragedy to hit the Studio with Tom Denney and Andrew Wade.

 

This Romantic Tragedy will be heading to Florida late August to record their first full length CD for Tragic Hero Records with producer Tom Denney at the controls and producing the album and producer Andrew Wade mixing the production. The band will spend one month in Ocala, Florida writing, recording, editing, engineering with the former guitarist of A Day To Remember, Tom Denney before sending the recordings off to be mixed by Andrew Wade who will be recording the new ADTR CD during the same time period. The CD will then be sent off to West Westside Music to be mastered. The new This Romantic Tragedy CD has a projected release date of late 2010.

Producer Tom Denney made the decision to leave behind one of hardcore scene’s most popular bands “A Day To Remember” and settle down get married, and to start his own Diamond recording Studio in Ocala, Florida. This decision has benefitted many young bands that get to work with the talented songwriter, and creative force behind ADTR.

Tom Denney left his mark of satisfaction with such bands as Confide, Pierce The Veil, The Word Alive, We Are The In Crowd, The Honor Bright, Live On repeat and We Are Defiance.

 

Andrew Wade has been the producer of choice for all of A Day To Remember CDs and quickly is moving to the foreground as one of the top producers getting great praise for his work on Our Last Night latest CD. Wade has been producing since 1998 and has worked with Eyes Set To Kill, Veara, The Word Alive, Leone, Versamerge , A Show Of Hands, In Fear And Faith, Burden Of A Day, The Gallery and many more. Andrew Wade has a special ability to drive bands to strive for their best. Wade and Tom Denney have worked together on many occasions and make a great team.

This Romantic Tragedy to record with Tom Denney

 This Romantic Tragedy will be heading out to Ocala, Florida to record with producer Tom Denney and Andrew Wade. The Las Vegas Band will be in the studio for a month from August 23rd to September 24th to record their first full-length CD for Tragic Hero Records.  Upon completion the band will go on several US tours. The release of the CD is expected before the end of the year.

I Am Ghost just came back from a very successful Sold Out month-long European Tour with Confide and Eyes Set To Kill and will celebrating their homecoming. This Romantic Tragedy from Las Vegas Nevada has just released several new songs with a new line-up and will go into the studio in July to record their first full-length fro Tragic Hero records. The band is known for a great and exciting live show, and their popular EP “Trust In Fear”, featuring the popular hit “I’ll Shut you Down”. We Are Defiance was recently signed by Tragic Hero are receiving a lot of Buzz.

Warped Tour honors former TRT manager

This Romantic Tragedy is overjoyed to know that Vans Warped Tour is honoring their former Manager Stewart Teggart by naming 2010 Main stage the “Teggart” Stage. Stewart managed This Romantic Tragedy in the final months of his life, he passed away unexpectedly in February 2010 due to an heart attack. In the short time that Stewart managed the band he got them signed to Tragic Hero records and they released the CD “Trust in Fear”, and got the band on the Thriller Tour with Confide. Stewart Teggart was a big name in the punk, hardcore and music scene, having managed BlessTheFall, Confide, Bad Religion, Therefore I am, Pennywise, and Blink 182. For many years Teggart worked with Kevin Lyman on Warped Tour in various capacities of management. It is therefore very fitting that Vans warped Tour rededicated the Hurley Main stage to the Teggart stage in his honor and as a sincere thank you to all the years he dedicated to the scene and Warped Tour. Stewart you are missed…Taste Bro.!

Tragic Hero Recording band This Romantic Tragedy is pleased to announce their new members. The band has been searching for qualified personnel since the departure of several key members and the firing of their singer late last year. “It was a very difficult time we just released our EP “Trust In Fear” and were on the Thriller tour with Confide and Memphis May Fire when this all happened”, says guitarist Kyle Huender. “The search for a singer we took nationwide, the bass player and screamer we were so lucky to find locally”, states Singer/ Guitarist David Diaz who with Kyle started the band in 2006. The Las Vegas band has played with many top bands and played Taste Of Chaos, Journeys Backyard BBQ and Extreme Thing 2008/2009 before getting signed by Tragic Hero Records in the summer of 2009. The band plays a blend of Post Hardcore, Screamo and Techno.

The new members are Chad Dague (Screamer), Evan Ellis (bass) and Sean Neumann (vocals) from Michigan where he also sings with the band Call It Karma. They will join Diaz, Huender and drummer Mark Neuhardt. The band is anxious to get back on the road but first they will have a homeshow to introduce the new members to their hometown fans on April 16^th @ the� Area702 Skatepark in Las Vegas. The band recorded three demo songs with Producer Joel Piper, drummer for Confide at his studio in Fresno, California in February. The band is also writing for a full length to be recorded later this year for Tragic Hero.
