I've been writing poetry since the age of 8. I used poetry and the art of storytelling to cope with the way I was growing up. I know there are many people like me that have trouble expressing feelings loudly so I write and share some of my personal life through poetry. Over the years I have been told that my words have helped people and I'm very proud of that which encourages me to keep writing and sharing. When I write I speak for the voices that can't be heard, I speak for you and I always speak for myself.
